Qi-Gym is a movement & mindset class. Qi-Gym is a unique fusion of Qi-Gong with Heart-Brain-Balance techniques and Brain Gym® to change our subconscious negative thinking which gets in the way of us living our full potential.
QI-GYM™ (pronounced chee-gym:) beautifully lets go of stress and anxiety, relaxes the mind and body, rewires negative thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and programming, builds physical strength, and enhances ease of movement, vitality, and emotional balance. Our lives can be profoundly changed as we learn to up-level our thinking and achieve our goals!
Brain Gym utilizes simple combinations of movements & focus to enhance and rewire your neural pathways, promoting improved concentration, memory, and creativity.
Qi-Gong (chee-gong) is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and focus to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. We move and direct energy.
Qi-Gym raises the frequency we radiate - much needed in these times.

Qi-Gym Classes
7-week series
Wear loose clothing and bring H2O! This class is open to all age groups and abilities. You don’t have to commit to ALL sessions, but it is highly recommended that you attend regularly, as there is much to share and learn and the building of new, fresh neural pathways in each class. The more you do, the better you get, and the better life gets!
